Print Size Chart

This page is meant to give you a rough idea of what the different sizes will look like in different environments in order to help you decide what size will fit best in the available wall space. The paper print that you will receive has no border, the image is printed to the edge of the paper. However, since many frames come with matte included with a cutout for the picture to fit in, some of the images will represent frames with various cutout sizes and thickness.

 

I’ve used the same 2 prints in all the examples to help not distract from the main goal of this page which is to help you decide on the right size print for your needs. The goal of this page is not to show off how great multiple images will look in multiple locations.

 

Before I provide the print examples, I'll show 2 canvas print examples first. These examples are to show you the print quality and texture only in order to keep my prices down. In order to show the actual size canvas on the actual stretcher bars I'd have to raise my final prices. Please note that canvas prints are the same exact size as the paper prints without the frame.

Please keep in mind that perception of size is also relative to the viewing distance. The closer the viewing distance, the larger the prints will look. Some of these images are viewed up close and others are viewed from much farther away to help you decide on the right size based on how far away you will be viewing the print.

 

 

Please also keep in mind that these are not real rooms, but the images have been scaled to size so they are very good approximations.
